Wet AMD referral pathway

please note that referrals for Wet AMD  a And Retinal tear, or ANY EMERGENCY  cases – should be made direct to SWFT and should not be directed to CHEC:

wAMD should be fast tracked referred to SWFT and by pass CHEC as this is delaying treatment.  The email for referrals is: Urgent-OphthalmologyAMD@swft.nhs.uk
