Seminar on Managing Vulnerable Patients- Open to Warwickshire Optometrists and GPs


Dear All,

There will be a on 20/6/17 at 6.30 pm at the New Stratford Eye Unit at Stratford Hospital.

The aim is also to publicise the new unit with new local pathways for vulnerable patients. All optometrists and GPs are welcome.  Warwickshire eye consultants and many staff will be present.

Refreshments will be available.

LOC Member Awarded Diploma in Therapeutics and Independent Prescribing


Coventry and Warwickshire LOC member, Sarah Peaceful, was today presented with a Diploma in Therapeutics and Independent Prescribing at the College of Optometrists Diploma Ceremony at Westminster.

AOP Webinar on the Topic of Successfully Managing Workplace Stress


The AOP is hosting its first webinar on Thursday 13 October at 8pm. The webinar is on the topic of work place stress and will use an interactive platform where delegates will be able to contribute live to a chat box. The presenter will then draw on these responses to drive further discussion.

This webinar is free to access and open to non-members also.

Details

The key to the success of the webinar will be engagement in the chat box. After registering interest delegates will be sent a link to complete further details and have the option of using a pseudonym so that they can contribute freely to the discussion.
